New Jazz Jam - Cafe Monmartre

Hey everyone!
I'm just emailing around to tell you all of a new jazz jam at the Cafe Monmartre (4362 Main Street, Vancouver, BC, (604- 879-8111) this Thuraday (19th). It kicks off around 8:30 with the Ben Lockwood Group, with the jam starting around 9:15 / 9:30 ish, going til late.

Come and make some great music, meet some new musicians etc.

Sorry to all you ivory ticklers, but there is no piano there at the moment (I am working on this!) but please come and give your support. Amps, kit, and a mic for singers will be there.

It is a cash only venue, so please bear that in mind! There is also info on the night on the Cafe Monmartre facebook page, or you can also "like" my facebook music page, Ben Lockwood Music, where I will be putting up regular updates about the night.

So if you want to come down and run through some tunes you've been working on, or want to run through some originals you've written, bring down your saxamaphones, trumpets, trombones, basses, didgeridoos, oboes, flutes, an come and make some noise!
