We're being told now that the cause of death was heart attack. I can't help but think that losing everything in the Federal Flood, spending five days without food or fresh water in the convention center, and being forcibly evacuated 3,000 from his home were contributing factors.

There was a second line and jazz funeral for John yesterday, starting at Preservation hall in the French Quarter and ending in the Treme.
