Jazz on the radio is a topic that comes up regularly here. Co-op Radio (102.7 FM) is one of the ONLY spots on the dial where you can hear the entire range of jazz music without commercial pressures or considerations.
Support the station. Their pledge drive is on right now. (I'm posting this Wednesday morning about 9:30 a.m.) Something to keep in mind is that they do keep track of the shows that get the pledges so if you tune in between now and 10:30, while Cory Weeds' Chasin' the Trane is on the air, and join up, it goes a long way towards assuring jazz lives on Co-op.
Tune in now, phone in, and become a member!
