I have a jazz show, Giant Steps, on Kootenay Co-op Radio in Nelson. You can listen on your computer at www.kootenaycoopradio.com. The show runs from 5 to 6 pm on Thursdays,and repeats at noon on Friday.
I play newly-released stuff mostly, leaning to the avant-garde-- also I dip into 60's avant-garde from my old vinyl collection, and occasionally veer off in the direction of blues or classical.
There's another jazz show too on our station. Straight No Chaser is more mainstream and classic. It airs at 4 pm on Tuesdays, and 10 am on Fridays.
