Puting together Jazz/Fusion Band

I'm exploring the possibility of puting a jazz/fusion group together with the goal to perform within the next couple of months. I am looking for keyboards, drums, percussion and guitar (to begin with) - possibly sax as well). I have solid musical ideas, but am not a professional. You can pop in my site to listen to some of my stuff to get an idea of where I'm at in terms of musical taste(keep in mind that it was all recorded on my home computer with me playing all instruments).
