Up for the A-Trane tomorrow, it's the first show of the Fall Membership Fundraising Drive and I'll have (at least) one pair of tickets for the upcoming Wynton Marsalis show to give away. I'm sure I'll squeeze in some Monk for birthday celebrations and the usual whacky mix of stuff. Drop me a line or call the studio 604-684-7561 during the show for requests.

Hi Nou!

I would love to listen to your show tomorrow, but unfortunately it's right at the end of the work day. I would stream your show from my computer at work...but for some reason they didn't supply me with computer speakers.!.!.! Is there any chance for people in my situation to still have a chance at picking up tix for Marsalis's show?

Cheers :)

Well I think what I'll do is make it a draw, anyone who calls into the show (604-684-8494) with a pledge will get their name in for the draw (for one or two pairs) and I'll do the draw at the end of the show. Howzat? .. N

Had a family emergency last week and had to bail out of the show at the last minute; Tony filled in solo with some great Atomic hits but I didn't get my jazz radioactivity in, we'll try to reschedule in the spring.

No major specials tomorrow, planning some music from the late Bernard Primeau, some upcoming gig features and new releases and some other stuff that's been hanging around the stereo lately. Requests and suggestions always welcome .... N
